Brief definition:  Wind energy is that which is obtained from the wind and one of the oldest sources from which man has obtained energy for consumption. In the past it moved boats and mills, today it provides us with clean and inexhaustible electricity.

Advantages:  

It is a renewable energy source

It has a very low cost of generation

Create employment. Wind energy creates jobs,

Wealth increases in rural areas.

Problems : 

Lack of security in the presence of wind. 

Speed ​​cannot exceed a limit. 

High voltage lines must be built. 

It implies an environmental impact.
